Pork Chops

I did this yesterday and it turned out yummy, tender, and juicy:

~4 Chops
~1/4 cup dijon mustard
~about 1.5 tbsp honey
~about 1.5 tsp ground red pepper

1. Thaw chops thoroughly if frozen.
2. Preheat oven to 350.
3. Mix ingredients in bowl; spread on both sides of pork chops. Let stand a few minutes.
4. Bake for 45-55 minutes.
